Oil- 3 tbsp
Ginger paste- 2/3 teaspoon
Green chilli- 1
Garlic paste- 2/3 teaspoon
Onion- 1 medium
Tomato- 3 medium
Mushroom- 200 grams
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Peas – 2/3 cup frozen
Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Method of preparation
To make Matar Mushroom, first heat a pan of oil.
Then add finely chopped onion and fry it well until golden.
After this, add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the aroma comes.
Now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and mix well.
Also add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder and mix.
After this, mix all these things well and add onion and tomato and fry well.
Then when it is roasted well, add chopped mushrooms and peas to it.
After this, mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Then add water as required and mix. Also mix salt.
After this, when the mushrooms start releasing water, cook them well.
If there is still a lot of water in the peas or mushrooms after cooking, boil them more thoroughly.
Now cover the pan and cook till the peas become soft. Then sprinkle garam masala powder over it.
Now your hot Matar Mushroom is ready.
Then enjoy Matar Mushroom Masala with roti or paratha.
