The Dahlias vs. The Camellias
The Dahlias is strategically located right across from The Camellias another iconic DLF project known for attracting high-net-worth individuals and top corporate executives. Launched a decade ago at Rs 22500 per square foot The Camellias now commands prices between Rs 65000 and Rs 85000 per square foot.
In February 2024 a 10000 sq. ft. apartment at The Camellias was sold for Rs 95 crore to Smiti Agarwal wife of Hemant Agarwal CMD of retail giant V-Bazaar. Unfurnished apartments in The Camellias are rented for a minimum of Rs 10.5 lakh per month with furnished options fetching up to Rs 14 lakh.
Until now the highest real estate prices in India have been recorded in the premium areas of Mumbai and Delhi often exceeding Rs 1 lakh per square foot. Mumbai’s Three Sixty West developed by Oberoi Realty has been the most expensive real estate project in terms of sales value. However The Dahlias will surpass this benchmark with a sales value equivalent to the combined sales of Three Sixty West DLF The Camellias and Naman Xana in Mumbai.
