Olive oil – four tablespoons
Garlic – finely chopped
White onion – finely chopped
Green peas – 2 cups
Salt- as per taste
Milk – about one and a half cups
Pasta – 2 cups (boiled)
Parmesan Cheese Powder
black pepper (crushed)
Mint leaves (for garnishing)
To make this, heat a pan and add two tablespoons of olive oil in it. Now add finely chopped garlic and fry it for half a minute. Now add white onion and fry. Now add about one and a half cup peas in it and stir, also add salt to it and mix. Now add milk in it, reduce the flame and let the peas cook. When the peas are cooked, turn off the gas. Let this mixture cool and then grind it to prepare a fine paste.
Now once again heat the pan and heat the oil. Add garlic to it and fry. Now add peas in it and stir. When peas are cooked, add pasta to it. Now add the previously prepared pea paste to it and mix it well. Add Parmesan cheese powder and black pepper and mix. Don't forget to add black pepper and cheese powder while serving.
