one should not walk after dinner

After eating dinner at night, one should walk at least 100 steps. By doing this the digestive power increases. Ayurveda also says that after eating dinner at night, one should walk 100 steps. It keeps blood sugar level under control. If you do not walk after eating, your weight increases rapidly.

 

Drink tea or coffee after meals

Many people have the habit of drinking sweet tea or coffee after eating a full meal. The habit of drinking tea or coffee with sugar before sleeping at night increases blood sugar level and also increases belly fat.

If you too are making this mistake at night, then improve your habit from today itself. If you stop making this mistake, then within a few days you will feel that your weight has stopped increasing.
