Bikaner (Rajasthan). A tragic incident has come to light in the Chhattargarh area of Bikaner district, where a one-year-old girl died in an attack by stray dogs. This incident took place in Chak 3 KWSM of Sansardesar Gram Panchayat on Tuesday afternoon. There is an atmosphere of mourning and anger in the entire village due to this incident. The girl was admitted to the hospital but she died on Wednesday. Her last rites were performed late last evening.
According to the information received, a girl named Komal was playing with other children outside her house on Tuesday afternoon. Suddenly some stray dogs reached there and attacked Komal. Hearing the screams of the children, the family members reached the spot and with great difficulty rescued the girl from the clutches of the dogs. It is being told that the girl's mother and other family members used to feed roti to the dogs.
The girl's death is shocking. There were more than forty big marks of dog bites on her body. There were serious wounds on her face, hands and legs. In some places, the skin had disappeared. The girl was admitted to the hospital in Ghadsana of Sri Ganganagar district. Doctors started treatment, but Komal died due to serious injuries. On hearing the news of the girl's death, a wave of grief ran among the family and villagers.
