New Delhi. The political temperature of Assembly elections 2025 in Delhi is rising rapidly. Bharatiya Janata Party has used all its strength to snatch the power of Delhi from Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party. To face the challenge of AAP and Congress in the electoral arena, BJP has now started preparing for big election promises.

BJP can make these big promises

According to sources, BJP may announce many new schemes to woo the voters of Delhi. In this, schemes are being prepared especially keeping women and elderly in mind.

1. Ladli Behan Yojana
Inspired by the success in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, BJP can announce the launch of 'Ladli Behan Yojana' for women in Delhi also. Under this, a promise of financial assistance of Rs 2500 can be made to women every month.

2. Free electricity
On the lines of Kejriwal, BJP can announce to provide 300 units of free electricity every month. Apart from this, a promise of providing 500 units of free electricity to temples, Gurudwaras and other religious places can also be made.

3. Free Water
BJP can also announce to provide free water to the people of Delhi.

4. Special scheme for the elderly
Keeping in mind the senior citizens of Delhi, BJP can also announce some new schemes.

Promises of AAP and Congress

Aam Aadmi Party and Congress are also making big promises in the election contest. AAP has increased the benefit from Rs 1000 to Rs 2100 under 'Mahila Samman Yojana' for women and health benefits to people above 60 years of age under 'Sanjeevani Yojana'. Has promised to provide coverage. Congress has promised health insurance of Rs 25 lakh under the Jeevan Raksha Yojana and five election guarantees on the lines of Karnataka.
