“Going through a public breakup, just to be frank, it's been overwhelming. I've never experienced anything like it," the sports reporter said in a confessional in Wednesday’s episode of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”
“I’ve never experienced anything like it,” she shared, adding that she has been “reduced to a headline to something so small as someone’s ex-girlfriend.”

In response to a headline reading "Travis Kelce’s Ex Kayla Nicole Asks Trolls to ‘Leave Her Alone’ as Taylor Swift Releases New Album," Kayla said "Yeah, it's pretty constant. Exhausting. Constantly. It doesn't matter. I could post about the sky being blue, and people will have a response about an ex and their new situation."
She then got emotional, saying "It's inadvertently affected me to the point where it makes me question, just like, my overall value as a person, as a partner. I think it's just the comparison and it's just like on loop. I think I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with that.”
The World's toughest test star who dated Kelce on and off from 2017 to 2022 — has been dealing with online hate ever since the NFL star, 35, went public with the “Bad Blood” singer, also 35, in September 2023.

One year later, Nicole hit back at a Swiftie who attacked her appearance by posting unfiltered photos of her.
“Very pretty,” the troll sarcastically wrote via X in September 2024, adding a puking emoji. Nicole retweeted the post, writing, “YOU WILL NEVER MAKE ME HATE ME. Hang it upppppppp bookie.”
Nicole previously issued an open letter to “Black women specifically,” in which she fought back against the “backlash and embarrassment” she has dealt with amid her ex’s highly publicized romance.
“Preserve your heart even when they try to quantify your character and test your boundaries. … You do not have to respond. Because there is power in your silence,” she wrote in October 2023.
Ahead of the release of Swift’s 11th studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” in April 2024, Nicole addressed the Swifties again.

“I’m unproblematic. Mind my business. Never respond to the constant vitriol,” she wrote on X.

Kelce and Swift have not publicly addressed Nicole’s remarks.
Nicole joined Special Forces to prove her strength. She said that she wants to remind herself that she is capable of doing hard things. After successfully completing a bungee jump challenge, she broke down in tears, feeling emotionally drained.
Despite the ongoing trolling, Nicole remains determined. She said she is proud of the mental fortitude it’s taken for her to get where she is. She also shared that she wants to be able to control her emotions and make it to the end.

While speaking with brother Jason on the latest episode of their New Heights podcast, Kelce revealed that he would refuse to get married in the Autumn because it would clash with the middle of the NFL season.

“I’ve seen weddings in f**king February. I’ve seen weddings everywhere but the fall. So I’m not sure if the fall was a good wedding season,” admitted the Chiefs player.
“I actually don’t know people who’ve gotten married in the fall because all the weddings I’ve been to and all my friends always do it in the summer.
“You gotta be willing to find a weekend where the team isn’t playing anybody good maybe."
The 35-year-old then admitted that, even if he wasn't playing, he wouldn't want to get married at this time of year so that his friends wouldn't have to choose between attending or watching their NFL team play live.

He added: "Don’t make my friends have to not go. Everybody’s got season tickets. Don’t make my friends have to choose whether or not they have to sell their tickets that week.”
But his brother Jason, 37, disagreed, arguing: “There’s a lot more important things than football, and weddings happen to be one of them.
“And not arguing with your wife is high up there with more important than football. So I would just do the wedding whenever she wants to because that’s kinda your job now."
