An American certified doctor conducted an experiment of fasting for 72 hours, the result of which was shocking. He claims that after this period his biological age decreased.

Doctor Ravi K Gupta shared information about his experiment on Instagram, in which he first checked his biological age. During investigation, it was found that the age of his kidneys, heart, liver and lungs was more than his actual age. When he got tested again after fasting for 72 hours, the age of his organs decreased.

Start with one day a week

According to the doctor, if you fast for 72 hours three times a year, you can reduce your biological age by 11 years. If you cannot fast, you can adopt a “fast mimicking diet”. Start the fast from one day.

According to studies, consuming fewer calories for 5 to 7 days can be beneficial for health. The “Fast Mimicking Diet” is plant-based and low in protein, carbohydrates and fat. On the first day you have to take slightly more calories than other days.
