In the murder case of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Baba Siddiqui, his son Zeeshan Siddiqui accused the police administration of not interrogating some builders as part of the investigation. Whereas his name had come up in the investigation. He accused Mumbai Police of protecting the builders. Zeeshan said that in his statement to the police he had given the names of several builders on whom he was suspicious, yet those builders were not interrogated.

Former MLA and leader of Ajit Pawar-led NCP, Zeeshan Siddiqui claimed that Mumbai Police had asked me the names of the suspects and I had given the names of some builders. However, none of these builders have been interrogated by the police. This is very strange. Expressing his displeasure over the police action, Zeeshan said that law and order in Maharashtra has become a joke. He said that he wants to know why these suspects are not being interrogated.

'Those whose names were mentioned in the statement were not interrogated'

Mumbai Crime Branch has filed a 4950-page charge sheet in the MCOCA court in the Baba Siddiqui murder case. To get information about this charge sheet, Zeeshan Siddiqui met Joint CP Gautam Lakhmi. He said that the police has not given him the charge sheet, for this he has appealed in the court. He said that he had gone to the Joint CP to find out whether the people whom he had suspected and whose names he had taken in his statement, were true or not. Zeeshan said that he has received information that he has not been interrogated yet.

Along with this, Zeeshan said that he will meet Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, it is expected that he will interrogate the police in this matter. He said that he cannot understand why these builders are being saved. He said that two minutes after my father was shot, the story was being made that Bishnoi had done this. He said that if this is true, then he should be brought to Mumbai and interrogated. Baba Siddiqui was shot dead on October 12 in Nirmal Nagar area of ​​Bandra, Maharashtra.
