This has caused severe destruction and heartbreaking losses for many, including a number of well-known Hollywood celebrities. The fires, which began in Pacific Palisades and spread to Malibu, Santa Monica, and beyond, have left families devastated. While firefighters work tirelessly to control the flames, several stars have shared their stories of losing their homes.

The This Is Us star revealed on Instagram that her home in Altadena, California, was destroyed by the Eaton Fire. She expressed feeling "devastated and gutted" by the loss.

Mandy Moore’s co-star, who also lost his Malibu home in the fires, shared how he and his pregnant wife evacuated in time but had to watch their home burn on security cameras. He told CBS News, “I think there’s a kind of shock moment where you’re going, ‘Oh, this is real and this is happening,’ and then at a certain point, we just turn it off. It’s like, what good is it to continue watching, you know? We kind of accepted the loss.”

The socialite shared on Instagram that her Malibu home, where she had built many cherished memories, was reduced to ashes. She expressed her deep sadness, especially since it was the place where her son Phoenix took his first steps.
