Material
- Bajra flour – 1 cup
- Wheat flour – 1/4 cup (you can also use only millet flour)
- Garlic – 5-6 cloves (chopped)
- Green Coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Fresh curd – 1 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – for kneading
- Ghee or oil – for baking
Method (Bajra Ki Roti)
1- First of all, add millet flour, wheat flour (if you are using), salt and cumin in a vessel and mix well.
2- Then add chopped garlic, green coriander and curd in it. Now knead the dough softly by adding water little by little. Keep the kneaded dough covered for 10-15 minutes so that it gets set.
3- Then make balls of the dough. Prepare rotis by rolling these balls with a rolling pin. Heat the pan and cook the rotis thoroughly on both sides.
4- As soon as the roti starts cooking, apply ghee or oil on it. Bake until it becomes light golden and crispy from both the sides. Serve ready millet garlic rotis with green chutney or curd.
