British No.1 is open to working with super coach in the future.

The US Open semi-finalist insisted he will be able to go "100%" at the despite a pre-season disrupted by a hip injury.

The No.15 seed last week practised with 10-time champion who has added the Scot to his coaching team for the first Grand Slam of the year.

Asked if he would like to work with Murray in the future, Draper said: "Let's see what happens down the line. Whoever Andy coaches, whether it is Novak Djokovic or someone of a lesser standard, he will give so much to what that player has and he will study them and he will give advice.

"I have definitely asked him about my game in the past and he has always been amazing with analysing my play. He has got such a big tennis brain.

"Whatever he brings to any team will have a really positive impact. And I think his personality as well, the way he is, he is fun to be around. Yeah, we will see what happens down the line in the future. Right now, I am happy with my current set-up but it is really exciting to see him come back to tennis and feel like he wants to be part of it."

Draper, who has not played a competitive match since the Paris Masters back in October, will face Argentine world No.46 Mariano Navone in the first round on Monday. "I wouldn't be competing if I didn't feel like I can go 100%," he said.

Meanwhile, Djokovic gets his Australian Open campaign underway against American Nishesh Basavareddy.

Sinner, who heads into the Australian Open as defending champion, begins his defence against Chile star Nicolas Jarry.
