Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav, while talking about the Nishad community, fiercely targeted the Yogi Adityanath government. He said that proper facilities should be provided to the people of Nishad community. They should be given free boats. Akhilesh Yadav said that after the formation of Samajwadi Party government in UP, just as we provided laptops, boats will be provided to them free of cost.
The SP chief said, it is the responsibility of the government to provide proper assistance to the Nishad community. He said that the Yogi government has been ignoring the Nishad community. If SP government comes in 2027, we will arrange for free boats.
Akhilesh Yadav once again raised the issue of increasing conflict between the central and state governments. He said that I think there is a political conflict going on between Modi and Yogi government. The common people and the Nishad community are suffering the brunt of the tussle between these two governments. He said that BJP governments are not interested in serving the public but only in politics.
The SP chief said that boats are the main means of livelihood of the Nishad community. Therefore, they should not struggle due to lack of boats and other resources. Akhilesh Yadav said that the primary responsibility of the government is to provide all resources to the Nishad community. This statement of Akhilesh Yadav shows the increasing association of SP with the Nishad community. The Nishad community plays an important political role in Uttar Pradesh, and SP is trying to make it a strong base.
