material to make

Oats- 1 cup
Water- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1/4 cup (coconut milk)
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Ginger- 1/2 tsp (grated)
Cumin- 1/4 tsp
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato- 1 (finely chopped)
Peas- 1/2 cup
Carrot- 1/2 cup (grated)
Green chilli- 1 (finely chopped)
salt as per taste
Fresh coriander finely chopped (for garnish)

method of making
To make masala oats, first heat a non-stick pan by adding some oil.
After this add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Then add onion and green chillies and fry well until it turns golden.
Then add tomatoes, carrots and peas and cook well for a few minutes.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and ginger.
Then mix all these things very well. Now add oats and fry
After this add water and a little milk and mix well.
Then cover and cook on medium flame for a few minutes.
However, cook it until the oats become soft.
Now turn off the gas and add salt to it and mix well.
Then garnish it with fresh coriander.
Now masala oats are ready.
