Maharashtra's CREDAI-MCHI has taken a special step to empower women to buy houses. CREDAI-MCHI is going to give additional discount of up to Rs 2 lakh in the upcoming property exhibition in Mumbai. This offer is part of the Pink Sunday initiative, which will add to the existing freebies offered by builders. This offer is valid only for purchases made on Sundays.

This exhibition is being held on 17-19 January at Jio World Convention Center. In this, more than 100 developers will display more than 500 projects at 5 thousand places. Visitors can view and negotiate with different homes as per their needs and budget with the help of over 25 financial institutions.

House will be booked in 10 minutes

CREDAI-MCHI President Dominique Rommel said the expo will make home buying easier, including the 'Book your home in 10 minutes' initiative. CREDAI National Chairman Boman Irani said that the aim of the expo is to make home buying easy for everyone, and also focused on innovation in the real estate sector.

CREDAI-MCHI Secretary Dhawal Ajmera said that home buyers will also get special offers at the exhibition, which include exemption from stamp duty and GST and discount up to Rs 18 lakh.

Pink Sunday Initiative

For the first time, Pink Sunday is being organized at the Expo on January 19, which is an initiative to encourage women to buy a house in their own name. Apart from the offer given to women under CREDAI-MCHI Stree Awas Yojana, CREDAI-MCHI is giving additional discount of up to Rs 2 lakh.
