Only these women will get Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand, a new list of Ladli Bahana Awas Yojana released

Ladli Bahana Awas Yojana of the Madhya Pradesh government is a big step toward giving the benefit of pucca houses to women. More than 5 lakh women have been made eligible in this scheme and the first installment is expected to be released by January 2025. This is a commendable initiative toward women empowerment and social security.

The Madhya Pradesh government has started many schemes for the upliftment and empowerment of the women of the state, in which Ladli Bahana Yojana holds a prominent place. Under this scheme, a new initiative has now been taken to provide housing facilities to women. The objective of Ladli Bahana Awas Yojana is to give the benefit of pucca houses to women living in kutcha houses and improve their standard of living.

Under this scheme, the state government has adopted a detailed process to identify eligible women. This scheme is for those women who have already registered in Ladli Bahana Yojana and are now found eligible to get pucca houses.

Ladli Bahana Awas Yojana

Under this scheme, applications of women were collected in two phases. In these phases, more than 5 lakh women were found eligible from all over the state. The list of these women has been released to ensure that only those women, who fulfill the conditions of the scheme, get the benefit of this facility.

The eligibility list of women has been prepared at the district and panchayat level. Women can check their name by going to the list of their district and gram panchayat. This step ensures that no ineligible woman gets the benefit of this scheme and only eligible candidates are given the facility of the house.

Key features of the scheme

Ladli Bahana Awas Yojana includes women from all the districts of Madhya Pradesh on the basis of eligibility. This ensures that the benefits of the scheme reach every corner of the state.

Women will be given assistance of up to ₹ 1,30,000 to build a permanent house. This amount will be transferred directly to the accounts of women in four installments.

Women will not have to pay any kind of fee under the scheme. The entire process has been kept simple and transparent.

₹ 25,000 will be deposited in the accounts of women as the first installment by January 2025. After this the process of house construction will be started.

  • To check your name in the eligibility list of Ladli Bahana Awas Yojana, follow the following procedure:
  • Login to the portal provided by the government.
  • Select the option of the list of Ladli Bahana Awas Yojana on the portal.
  • Select your state and district and fill in the relevant details.
  • Now after clicking on the search option, the list will appear on the screen.
  • Confirm your name in the list and ensure that you are a beneficiary of the scheme.

Process of housing construction for the beneficiaries of the scheme

The process of housing construction for the women whose name is included in the list of the scheme will be started soon. The government has ensured that ₹ 25,000 as the first installment will be deposited in the accounts of women by January 2025. After this, the funds for the next phases will be released for housing construction.
