For this, first of all, open the Instagram app owned by Meta on your phone and go to its settings. In this, you will see the option of 'Suggest Content'.

On clicking this, the option of 'Sensitive Content' will appear and after this you 'equip' the 'Sensitive Content'.

After doing this, you will stop seeing dirty photos or videos. Then you can give your mobile to children or other family members.

There is another way by which you can prevent adult content from appearing in Instagram's feed and reels. For this, first open the app on your smartphone and go to settings by clicking on the 3 dots.

Here you will see the option of 'Suggest Content', on clicking which the option of 'Reset Suggest Content' will appear at the bottom.

Tap on this option to reset it. After this, no dirty video will be shown.
