The ceremony took place in Nhi’s hometown, Thanh Hoa City in Northern Vietnam. Although it rained in the morning in Thanh Hoa, the weather quickly cleared, allowing the ceremony to proceed smoothly.

Around 8 a.m., Hoang, dressed in traditional attire, led his family to Nhi’s house to begin the event. The procession featured groomsmen carrying trays of traditional gifts adorned with dragon and phoenix motifs, symbolizing happiness and fulfillment.

Nhi looked radiant in a cream-white ao dai (Vietnamese tunic) embellished with intricate details on the chest. She was accompanied by nine bridesmaids dressed in matching outfits.

The ceremony lasted about an hour, after which Hoang’s family departed under the supervision of security personnel. Later, Nhi traveled to Hoang’s family home in Hanoi. Details about the wedding ceremony remain undisclosed.

Security for the event was tight. More than 10 security personnel, equipped with earpieces and umbrellas, were stationed around Nhi’s home early in the morning to ensure privacy and restrict access for photographers and onlookers.

Despite the security measures, the atmosphere at Nhi’s home was lively and joyful. Relatives dressed in traditional attire gathered early to assist with preparations and celebrate the occasion. Many posed for commemorative photos, adding to the festive mood.

Nhi’s home had been bustling with activity since Tuesday as it was decorated with pink hues and fresh flowers. Photos from the event shared online quickly drew significant attention.

Nhi, 23, represented Vietnam at the 2023 Miss International contest, where she reached the top 15. She once shared that her parents ran a small business selling household goods.

Before her engagement, Nhi had been absent from the public eye for about a year. Her last social media post in April of last year sparked speculation that she had left her management company and was preparing for marriage. At the time, her management clarified that she was focusing on her studies at Hanoi Law University.

Hoang, 25, is currently the head of an automobile company. His father, Pham Nhat Vuong, has a net worth of $4.1 billion as of Wednesday, according to Forbes.

The couple is reported to have known each other for a long time.
