Tech giant Google has started testing a new design for its 'Circle to Search' feature. According to the report, this visual lookup tool, which was launched in early 2024, has undergone several design changes so far. Each time an attempt has been made to make it more useful for users and simplify the interface, adding new features.

What is special about the new design?

Google Lens icon removed: The Google Lens icon has been removed from the new interface, which was present in the current 'Circle to Search' UI.

All three features in a single text field: In the new design, the icons for text translation, song search, and microphone appear directly inside the text field, making it easier for users to access the features.

Single element interface: When 'Circle to Search' is activated, the entire screen panel slides up as a single element. The panel can be dragged down to close it.

Precise design: The new design does not have different icons and elements scattered across the screen, making it look more precise and organized.

This new design of Google is part of an effort to improve the user experience and make it more convenient. If this test is successful, users will soon experience a simpler and more consistent 'Circle to Search' interface.
