Hearing held in Supreme Court regarding Dallewal News In Hindi: Hearing held in Supreme Court today regarding Jagjit Singh Dallewal. The Supreme Court has sought Dallewal's health report from the Chief Secretary of Punjab. The Supreme Court had received information that Dallewal's condition was not improving, hence every report to his health had been asked to be filed in the Supreme Court. The next hearing will be held on January 22.
This case is being heard by the bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice M Koteshwar Singh. Punjab government's lawyer Kapil Sibal informed the court about the health report of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal. The Supreme Court has taken cognizance of the health report placed on record by the Punjab government. The Supreme Court said that on the basis of the medical report of Dallewal, the Director of AIIMS should constitute a medical board to take expert opinion on the health condition of Dallewal.
