10 slices cheese slices
2 medium onions
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 green chillies
1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
4 eggs
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tbsp corn flour
2 inches ginger
1 handful coriander
salt as required
Step 1 Make thick egg batter
To prepare this amazing roll recipe, take a large bowl and beat the eggs in it using an electric beater. Add coriander, chopped onion, ginger pieces, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala. Mix well to make a thick batter and keep aside until needed next time. Mix cornflour with water in another bowl and keep aside. (Note: You have to beat the eggs just like you do for an omelet so that the rolls are fluffy and soft.)
Step 2 Prepare the Rolls
Now, take the bread slices and cut the edges using a sharp knife. Place a cheese slice on each bread slice and pour the prepared batter over it. Roll the bread and close it with the help of cornflour mixture.
