Popular TV serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Gurucharan Singh is going through a lot of trouble these days. These days Gurucharan Singh is admitted in the hospital and close ones say that he has even stopped eating and drinking. It is being told that earlier he was struggling with financial crisis and later his health went down considerably. Now his co-actress Jennifer Mistry has also reacted on this.
In an interview given to Zoom, Jennifer Mistry told that Gurucharan Singh was troubled due to financial reasons for a long time and she had also tried to help him. Jennifer Mistry said, 'Gurcharan Singh once asked me for help of Rs 1 lakh because he had to pay his credit card bills. I said okay, but after some time he called that he does not need it now, he will tell when he needs it.
Jennifer Mistry further said, 'After a few days he called again and asked me for help of Rs 17 lakh. I told him that I don't have that much money right now. I was going to give Rs 1 lakh for my personal use. I regret that I could not help him.

Jennifer Mistry also shared her personal experience regarding the cast of 'Taarak Mehta...'. Jennifer said, 'Those people don't belong to anyone. If he did not take a stand for me in my case, then what will he take for him (Gurucharan Singh). Even when my sister died last year, no one called me. He never helped me. Jennifer Mistry used to play the role of Gurucharan's wife Mrs. Sodhi in the show 'Taarak Mehta'.
Gurucharan Singh's friend Bhakti had given an interview to ETimes some time ago, in which he had told about the condition of the actor. Bhakti had said that Gurucharan was in financial trouble and no one from his family had helped him, hence he had left the house without informing her. Now he has told that Gurucharan Singh wanted to leave everything and commit suicide, but his health deteriorated and he had to be admitted to the hospital.
