Kabir Bedi’s Early Career Born on January 16 1946 in Lahore British India (now Pakistan) Kabir began his career in the 1960s with the film Halchal where Zeenat Aman appeared. He later went on to work in both Hindi and international films carving a name for himself. In the 1970s alongside Bollywood projects Kabir worked in films from three different continents many of which were huge hits of their time. He became known abroad as a leading hero and superstar. Kabir Bedi’s Four Marriages Kabirs first marriage was to Odissi dancer Protima Bedi and they had two children Pooja Bedi and Siddharth Bedi. However their marriage didn’t last long and they divorced. He then married British fashion designer Susan Humphreys but this marriage also ended in divorce. Kabirs third marriage was to TV and radio presenter Nikki Bedi which lasted for 15 years before they divorced. Finally at the age of 70 Kabir married 30 years younger Parveen Dusanj. The two dated for about 3-4 years after Kabirs divorce from his first wife Protima.
