This incident happened in Ikchhaniya village of Bhadokhar police station area. A young man named Surendra Yadav murdered his father, Kallu Yadav. This murder did not happen suddenly, rather it was the result of tension and anger that had been going on for months. Surendra had some reservations about his mother, and he was also angry that his father spent more time with his aunt. He was extremely angry with his mother's neglect. Surendra decided to convert his anger into violence. When he returned to his village after taking the Sangam bath in Mahakumbh, on the way he bought a small pestle used in mortar. And then, in the dark of the night, he quietly went to his father and hit him three times on the head and face with a pestle. Kallu died on the spot due to the pestle attacks.
How did the police catch the accused?
After the murder, Surendra absconded. He ran towards Lucknow and then Unnao. But the police gathered information about him and put his mobile under surveillance. The police came to know of Surendra's presence in Unnao and then arrested him. During interrogation, Surendra told that he was extremely upset due to his mother's neglect and his father's closeness to his aunt, and he committed this murder due to his anger and resentment.
