Many of us will likely be guilty of not keeping on top of the oven - after all, it can be a very tough and time-consuming .
Over time, food spillages, oil and grease can accidentally be dropped down on to the glass, resulting in stains which are a real struggle to clean off.
Because of this, you might be putting this job off - but according to one cleaning expert on social media, you can get the job done with 'no heavy scrubbing' in just one hour.
Even better, you don't need to invest in a pricey oven product to do this.
All you'll require is two very simple ingredients that you've probably already got in the cupboards at home.
Cleaning influencer Chantel Mila on TikTok says that all you need for a clean oven is some baking soda and dish soap - with the optional addition of hydrogen peroxide, but you can use water instead.
In a recent video, she said: "This paste is powerful at cutting through tough grease in your oven and makes it so much easier to clean.
"You can store this mix in a dark airtight container for when you next need it."
How to clean your ovenTo carry out Chantel's easy cleaning trick, all you need to do is mix one cup of baking soda with one quarter of a cup of dish soap and mix together.
You can also add a quarter of a cup of hydrogen peroxide, but if you don't have this, then water will do just fine. Mix all of the ingredients together, until a paste has formed.
Then, grab a sponge and apply the paste in circular motions all over the inside of your oven.
Leave it to settle for an hour, which should be enough time for this powerful paste to really get stuck into those tough grease stains.
Then, using a cloth or a soft scraper, remove the paste and you'll discover that the dirt and grime should have lifted off perfectly.
You can also use the scraper to tackle any remaining burnt-on food that has been left behind.
In the comments, people thanked Chantel for sharing this quick and easy method, with many eager to try it out for themselves.
One person said: "What a great hack. I'm going to try this."
Another commented: "Thank you for sharing this tip!"
And a third raved: "I love your tips, always so helpful."
