BMW launched its new car BMW X3 on the second day of Auto Expo. The company has launched it in the market with two variants, in which the ex-showroom price of the petrol variant of the car is Rs 75 lakh to 80 thousand and the price of the diesel variant is Rs 77 lakh 80 thousand. This price is such that a 2BHK flat can be bought in NCR. At the same time, the car will be manufactured in the company's Chennai plant.
BMW has given many new features in its new luxury car. Which is better than the old model of the car. Talking about the features, apart from ventilated front seats, curved panoramic display and digital instrument cluster, this vehicle will get integrated voice assistant support. For safety, this car will also have features like lane keeping assistant, distance control, active blind spot detection, hands free driving at speeds up to 60kmph and rearview camera.
The company worked on the design and look of the car. The size of the new x3 is bigger than before. Its length is 4755 mm, width is 1920 mm and height is 1660 mm. At the same time, this SUV comes with two powertrain options, in which the petrol engine is of 180 BHP, which generates 310 Nm torque. Whereas, the diesel engine is of 197 BHP, which generates torque of 400 Nm.
BMW's X3 car will compete with Mercedes' GLC car, Volvo XC60 and Audi Q5 in the market. If we talk about the price range, then Mercedes is priced at Rs 76.80 to 77.80 lakh. The ex-showroom price of Volvo XC60 is Rs 69.90 lakh. At the same time, the ex-showroom price of Audi Q5 is between Rs 66.98 to Rs 73.79 lakh.
