Candidates appearing for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be able to take the calculation sheet along with the OMR sheet.
Rs 500 to be paid as application fee
CBSE has decided to provide a calculation sheet along with an OMR sheet to the candidates appearing for the CTET exam held in December 2024. Candidates who want to get this will have to apply by February 16 with a fee of Rs 500. Requests for applications received after this date will not be considered.
According to the board, candidates who have already applied under the RTI Act 2005 or otherwise can apply afresh before the due date with the required fee of five rupees. The prescribed fee has to be deposited by the candidates through a bank draft in favor of CBSE.
Candidates have to fill in their roll number, name, and address correctly in the application. Along with this, it is necessary to mention the roll number and name on the back of the bank draft. The calculation sheet along with the copy of the OMR sheet will be sent to the candidate through speed post only.
CBSE has clarified that under no circumstances will any request received after February 16 be considered. The calculation sheet along with the copy of the OMR sheet will not be provided to any institute or school for display, commercial purposes, or print media. The application submitted by someone else in the name of the candidate and the incomplete application will be rejected without any reference.
It is known that the CTET exam was conducted by CBSE on the 14th and 15th of December 2024. Its results were declared on 9th January.
