2 cups soaked overnight, peeled almonds
1 teaspoon ground green cardamom
4 spoons ghee
1 1/2 cups water Step 1 Soak and peel the almonds
To make this delicious barfi, soak almonds in water overnight.

In the morning, take out the almonds, peel them and grind them finely. Use milk for better consistency.
