New Delhi: According to Indian Railways, fog caused 19 trains to run late on Monday morning, disrupting rail services in Delhi.
Nauchandi Express (14241), Vaishali Express (12553), Kir Asr Express (15707), S Kranti Sup Express (12393), Anvt Garib Rath (22409), and Kashi Vishwanath Express (15127) are among the trains that are running late.
Before starting their trip, travelers are urged by the railways to review the most recent train timetables.
The national capital was covered in fog, according to morning images taken from several locations.

In Delhi, homeless individuals were seeking refuge in night shelters to avoid the cold.
To help the homeless, the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) erected 235 pagoda tents. In several locations, night shelters have been established.
Fog affected other parts of North India this morning as well. Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and North Rajasthan were all under fog conditions.
Devotees were seen congregating at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, despite the fog covering the region. The IMD predicts that tomorrow will see a small increase in temperature along with a decrease in fog conditions.
“We anticipate fog conditions in Prayagraj until January 20.
Following that, Prayagraj’s temperatures are probably going to climb a little,” IMD scientist Dr. Soma Sen Roy told ANI on Saturday.
According to the Uttar Pradesh government, over 22.79 lakh devotees have taken a holy bath at Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj today, and over 8.26 crore have done so thus far.

Temperatures in the Kashmir Valley dropped below zero as a cold snap persisted. Both Srinagar locals and visitors were seen wrapping themselves in bulky layers of garments to stay warm.
A heavy layer of snow was seen covering J-K’s Bhaderwah.
This morning, Chandigarh was shrouded in a thin layer of fog. The lowest temperature in Chandigarh today is expected to be 9°C, according to IMD.
