Ingredients for making Rajma-Matar Tikki
Boiled kidney beans – 1 cup
Peas – 1 cup (boiled)
Carrot- 1 (finely chopped)
Potato- 1 (boiled)
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger- 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
Green chillies – 2-3 (finely chopped)
Onion- 1/4 green
Gram flour – 2 spoons (roasted)
salt as per taste
Chaat masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander – 2 teaspoons

How to make Rajma-Matar Tikki
To make Rajma-Matar Tikki, first boil peas, Rajma and potatoes separately for 2 whistles.
After this, peel and grate the carrots and boiled potatoes. Then chop onion, ginger and green coriander very finely.
Now take a big vessel and put kidney beans in it first. Then mix peas.
Then mix these two things well. After this add onion, potato, carrot and mix it well.
After this add spices and salt as per taste and mix well.
Now make small balls from the prepared mixture and then flatten them a little with the help of hands.
Due to which it will get the shape of tikki. After this, put ghee on the pan and heat it.
Then roast all the tikkis one by one on the pan.
Now garnish the prepared tikki with green onion and green coriander.
Now your hot and delicious Rajma Tikki is ready.
