Hansal Mehta’s horizons are expanding. With True Story Films, which he co-founded with Sahil Saigal, Hansal is transitioning from a two-decade career as a filmmaker to one as a producer. The production company will work on a variety of projects, including movies and online shows. According to the director of Scam 1992, “I’m motivated by stories that question the status quo, spark discussions, question cinematic norms, and entertain at the highest level.”

Due to their unlawful tree-cutting during the filming of Yash’s Toxic in Bengaluru’s Peenya Plantations 1 and 2, the producers are now facing legal action. The creators have received a show-cause notice from the authorities. After examining the producers’ response, a decision would be made, according to Karnataka Forest Minister Eshwar B. Khandre. After a fraudulent interlocutory application was submitted to the Supreme Court in 2020, the area reportedly lost its forest designation. Nonetheless, the administration authorized the application’s withdrawal during the most recent cabinet meeting.

Avinash Tiwary’s journey from Berlin to Prayagraj is somewhat hectic. The actor traveled to the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj after seeing the premiere of his upcoming film, The Mehta Boys, in Germany. It was a memorable and wonderful event for him. “As someone from Bihar, I’ve always understood the event’s cultural and historic importance, but seeing it up close was a whole other experience. The fact that I was among my buddies added to its specialness. Together, we explored the mela. During our journey, we also had the opportunity to enjoy the local specialties and see the enchanting Ganga Aarti. Regarding the Maha Kumbh, which takes place once every 144 years, Avinash stated, “The place had incredible energy, and I was astounded by how well-organized everything was.”
