one cup walnut kernels
one onion green chilli
Garlic 10 to 12 cloves
Ginger
green coriander
peppermint
cumin one spoon
four to five whole black peppers
one spoon kashmiri red chilli
coriander powder one spoon
one spoon garam masala
1/4 cup curd
salt to taste water

method of making
To make walnut chutney, first soak the walnut kernels in lukewarm water.
After this, add walnuts, green chillies, thickly chopped onions in a mixer.
Also mix garlic cloves, small piece of ginger, fresh coriander and mint leaves.
Then add whole cumin seeds, whole black pepper and very little water.
Now put all these things in the mixer and grind them well.
Then take out this thick walnut paste in a bowl and add Kashmiri red chilli powder to it.
Also add coriander powder, garam masala and salt. After this, mix all these well.
Then add curd to it. If you wish, set aside as much chutney as you want to use immediately.
Then add curd to it as per your requirement. If you like to eat thick chutney then add less curd.
Now if you like thin chutney then you can add more curd.
Then use water and lemon or dry mango powder in it.
Now your delicious chutney is ready. Enjoy it with roti, paratha and dal rice.
