This man who hails from Kemriya Saur village in Uttarakhands Tehri Garhwal district has an inspiring journey that earned him a spot in Chinese textbooks. His remarkable life story serves as a symbol of determination and success inspiring students throughout the country. We are talking about none other than Dev Raturi. From an early age Dev faced financial struggles in his family. However this didnt stop him from pursuing success. In his twenties he moved to Delhi where he started working as a dishwasher in a restaurant. Through his dedication and hard work he eventually became a waiter and later a manager in hospitality industry. Despite being unaware of the language or culture Dev Raturi took a bold step in 2005 by moving to China. He began working at an Indian restaurant in Shenzhen and later launched his own chain of Indian restaurants called Red Fort. Today Dev owns eight restaurants across various cities in China and also made a name for himself in Chinese films.
