The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the results for the BPSC 70th Prelims 2024 on January 23, 2025. Candidates who participated in the 70th Combined Preliminary Examination can now view their results on the official website at bpsc.bih.nic.in. These results pertain to positions under the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE), including Finance Administrative Officer and Child Development Project Officer.
"Results of the 70th CCE of the BPSC held at 911 centers across the state on December 13 and 22 centers in Patna on January 4, 2025, have been declared. Results will be available on the commission's website bpsc.bihar.gov.in later in the evening," it said in a post on X.
Of the 3,28,990 candidates who had appeared in the examination, 21,581 were declared successful, it added.
BPSC Examination Controller Rajesh Kumar Singh told PTI, "A total of 13 candidates, who appeared in the exam, have been debarred for their indulgence in unfair means. Eleven of them were those who were part of the disruption created at Bapu Pariksha Parisar centre in Patna on December 13, leading to the cancellation of the exam there."

Step 5: Download the PDF and save it for future reference.
Step 6: Take a printout of the result for documentation purposes.
Check cut offs
The cutoff marks for the CCE posts are as follows: 91 for unreserved candidates, 81 for unreserved females, 83 for EWS candidates, 73 for EWS females, 70 for SC candidates, 55 for SC females, and 65 for ST candidates (male and female).
The preliminary examination was conducted on December 13, 2024, and January 4, 2025, with a total of 328,990 candidates appearing. Among them, 21,581 candidates qualified for CCE posts, 61 for Finance Administrative Officer positions, and 144 for Child Development Project Officer roles.
