This woman and a fitness coach lost 40 khs and shared her special drink that worked for bloating and weight loss too.

This is the story of certified nutrition coach from Toronto, Saachi Pai, who lost 40 kgs sustainably. She documents her weight loss journey on Instagram that boasts of 81.6 K followers. She also shares diet and workout patterns that help with fit lifestyle.

The coach shared a post where she talked about this one “anti-bloat” tea that worked for her. This is the dandelion tea that helped her lose 40 kgs.

4 ingredients:

  • Dandelion Tea bag
  • Unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate
  • Lemon juice
  • Water

“All the ingredients have anti-inflammatory properties and that helps accelerate your weight loss,” reads he caption. She also emphasises that this is not the only thing that helped with fat loss. It further read, “Now understand this no drink or food alone can cause fat loss , its combination of food you eat and workouts you do. But teas do aid better digestion, flushing toxins, reducing constipation, accelerating metabolism amongst other benefits. I always have this when I know I am going to be eating out or the day after eating out to keep the bloat away ! If you can’t find dandelion tea you can have oolong tea or green tea too.”
