Durefishan Saleem and Bilal Abbas’s Ishq Murshid emerged as one of the most acclaimed soundtracks of the year, captivating audiences worldwide.

The song’s immense popularity reminded music enthusiasts of Ahmed Jahanzeb’s earlier masterpiece, Tera Mera Hai Pyar Amar, which holds a timeless appeal.

Javeria Saud recently appeared appearance on the show, Subh Ka Samaa, claimed to be the original creator of the lyrics and melody for Tera Mera Hai Pyar Amar.

She further alleged that she has faced similar issues of her work being uncredited multiple times in the past.

Ahmed Jahanzeb, who attended Hum TV’s 20th-anniversary celebration, finally addressed these allegations. He firmly stated that the song’s composition, lyrics, and vocals were entirely his work, emphasizing his sole contribution to its creation.

Jahanzeb explained that while Ishq Murshid was inspired by his iconic track, he chose not to respond to Javeria Saud’s earlier claims until recently.
