For this, fry the millet flour in ghee on low heat. Turn off the gas when it turns light brown and starts smelling. Now put jaggery in a thick bottom vessel according to the amount of flour and add one or two teaspoons of water and melt. Mix cardamom powder, nuts and some sesame seeds in this jaggery. Mix millet flour in hot jaggery while stirring with splashes. Make laddus by applying desi ghee on your hands only after being light hot.
If a linseed laddus is eaten every day, it protects a large extent from winter and cough in winter. For children, make these laddus in small size and they can be given a laddu everyday. Fry linseed and grind it. Now fry the makhane, almonds, peanuts, sesame (optional) in a little desi ghee and grind all these things in a coarsely. Melt the jaggery and mix all the things and make laddus.
