Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has issued an unhappy update about life on her Ravenseat home this week after a sudden change in the weather left her feeling downbeat.

The mum-of-nine, who rose to fame on 's farming reality TV show Our Yorkshire Farm, still keeps fans updated on what life is like living and working as a family in the remote Yorkshire Dales.

The Yorkshire Shepherdess is currently starring in on , and the programme is due to return for its second series in 2025.

But Amanda tonight posted about the big freeze out on the Ravenseat farm and the challenges the freezing cold weather is bringing for her and her nine children.

Posting on Instagram, Amanda said: "Winter has returned. Only on this occasion it's the soggy wet kind of snow that soaks you through and isn't so pretty.

"So whilst I have a moment (there are few) I'm sharing pictures of the last time we were snowbound, a fortnight ago."

Amanda then shared snaps of the beautiful deep snow the family enjoyed two weeks ago when heavy snow blanketed much of northern England and Scotland.

Amanda's fans loved the photos and are already clamouring for her TV return.

Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids will return in 2025. The show charts the progress of the family's attempts to transform an old barn building on the Ravenseat estate into a permanent home for the family, who are tenanted farmers in their current home.

The series sees the return of many familiar faces, including dad Clive, who addressed Amanda's split on the show, and eldest daughter Raven Owen, who moved away to York for university but still came back to lend a hand.

Reuben Owen, who starred in a spinoff for Channel 5, Reuben Owen: Life In The Dales, also returned, albeit without now-ex-girlfriend Sarah Dow.
