Rajasthan Public Service Commission will conduct the preliminary examination of RAS on 2 February. Exam centers have been made for the exam and all the arrangements are being made there. 240 centers have been made in Jaipur. This exam will start at 12 noon and will continue till 3 pm. According to the information, 91 thousand 513 candidates will try their luck in the RAS exam. The administration is also on alert mode regarding the exam.

For the smooth and successful conduct of the examination, a control room has been set up in room number 116 of Jaipur Collectorate. The examination centers will also be monitored from the control room. The control room number is 0141-2206699. Apart from this, a team of 85 deputy coordinators and 40 flying squads has been formed by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission for the exam in Jaipur, who will be on the move during the examination.

There will be arrangements to stop dummy candidates.

To prevent dummy candidates from sitting, the commission has started taking thumb impressions from this exam. An innovation has been started from RAS Pre Exam 2024 to prevent dummy candidates from appearing in the examinations. Under this, when the candidate applies online for the examination, his live photo will appear on the admit card through webcam. Along with this, the candidate will also have to give his thumb impression.

Thumb impressions will be taken twice from the candidates.

Both the photo and thumb impression of the candidate will appear on the admit card. When the candidate goes to take the exam, his thumb impression will be taken again on the admit card in the examination hall. The face of the candidate will also be matched with the photo pasted on the admit card in the examination hall. If the real candidate gets the live photo of the dummy candidate captured in his place and gives the thumb impression of the dummy candidate, then also he will be caught, because during the document verification, only the original candidate will have to go.
