is back for season 19 and will see look for a future business investment.

's hit reality show will air tonight (Thursday, January 30) at 9pm and will see 18 hopeful entrepreneurs battle it out against each other in a series of tasks to become Lord Sugar's business partner.

The show, which is available to watch on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, will see candidates jet off to Austria in the first episode of the series.

Candidates will have to sell and run alpine tours, and the two teams aim to deliver "unforgettable glacier and forest experiences."

Lord Sugar uses his trusted advisers, Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell MBE, to help him determine who is "fired" from each episode.

However, who are this year's candidates? One star is Aoibheann Walsh, who is the owner of a hair and beauty salon and is from Ireland.

According to the BBC, the candidate is an award-winning owner of a hair and beauty salon.

"Aoibheann wants to show what true hard work and determination can achieve," the BBC reports. "Now looking for investment in a premium utility product for the beauty industry, she hopes Lord Sugar doesn't just brush her aside."

Aoibheann launched her own business venture at 24 where she "hit the ground running" and hasn't looked back since.

She has won a Best Business Startup award in 2015 within just six months of its launch, and has also gone on to win Best Wedding Hair & Makeup for four years running.

Aoibheann has now been recognised as one of the most sought-after artists in Ireland.

She thinks she deserves to win the show due to being like Lord Sugar. She told the BBC: "Like him, I have achieved my success through hard work and perseverance alone, this is highlighted due to my proven track record of success in one of the most lucrative industries."

During the show, Aoibheann hopes to inspire others by "striving to exemplify how hard work and determination can pave the way to success, particularly for women across all industries."
