Spicy Chicken Angara: A smokey dish that will steal your taste

If you are fond of non -veg and like to try chicken recipe once a week, this spicy chicken angara recipe is a great option for you. Chicken Angara is a smokey and spicy dish, which you can serve with bread, rice or naan. This restaurant-style recipe is not only delicious, but it is also very easy to make. Everyone will like its taste, whether it is children or older. You can also include this recipe in your home party.

Material for making chicken ember

To marinate chicken:

  • 1 kg chopped chicken
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup fried onion
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ cup grated tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp kasoori fenugreek

To roast and grind:

  • 1 tbsp of whole coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon whole pepper
  • 2 inch cinnamon piece
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 10 whole dry red chili

For gravy:

  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 whole bay leaf
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 2 whole big cardamom

To impose:

  • 1 piece of charcoal
  • 1 teaspoon ghee

Recipe

  1. Mernet chicken:
    To marinate the chicken, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and cover the bowl and keep it aside.
  2. Prepare roasted spices:
    Put all the roasted spices ingredients in a pan and fry it lightly on medium flame. Remove the pan from the heat and keep the spices to cool. Then, put them in a grinder and make powder.
  3. Prepare gravy:
    Heat ghee and oil on medium-high flame in a large pan. When the oil is hot, add bay leaves, cloves and large cardamom and fry for 5 seconds. Then add marinated chicken and roasted spices and mix well.
  4. Cooking process:
    Make the gas on low flame, cover the pan and cook the chicken for 40-45 minutes. Keep stirring it in between. Check salt after chicken ripening.
  5. Method of imposing strength:
    Heat a piece of coal on a gas flame until it turns red. Then place the coal in a small bowl in the middle of the pan and add ghee over it. Put the pan lid immediately and leave it for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish and serve:
    Remove the lid of the pan and remove the coal and garnish the chicken egg with chopped green coriander. Serve hot and enjoy it.
