Cloves are rich in antioxidants, which reduce oxidative stress and reduce the risk of various diseases. Additionally, cloves contain nutrients like vitamin E, vitamin C, folate, vitamin B, riboflavin and vitamin, which are beneficial for your overall health.

How to consume cloves for weight loss

You can include cloves in many ways in your diet. For weight loss, it can be more effective to consume cloves mixed with other spices like cinnamon, cumin and celery. Use the following method for this:

  1. Take equal quantity of cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds and fry lightly on the pan. When it is well roasted and sharp fragrances start coming, turn off the gas.
  2. When cooled roasted spices, grind them in a mixer and make fine powder. Store it in airtight box.
  3. Take a glass of water in a pan and keep it to heat it. Add one teaspoon of prepared powder to it and boil the water.
  4. Turn off the gas when it comes to a boil and let the water cool down slightly. Now mix one spoon of honey in it and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

Regular intake of this mixture will increase your metabolism and will help in weight loss. However, people who have health problems or are allergic to cloves should not consume it without doctor's advice.
