Her mother Swarnalatha is a gynaecologist based in Bangalore. Initially Sreeleela aspired to become a doctor and was in her final year of MBBS in 2021. However her path took a different turn leading her into a world of cinema. Her journey into the entertainment industry began as a child artist in 2017 with Chitrangada long before her leading debut in the 2019 Kannada film Kiss. Since then she worked in several films and starred opposite biggest superstars in South. While initially films like Dhamaka Mahesh Babus Guntur Kaaram and Nandamuri Balakrishnas Bhagavanth Kesari werent a great successes but still it didnt affect her zest. While she continued to gain popularity in Kannada cinema it was in Telugu industry where she truly made her mark in superhits like Pelli SandaD and Dhamaka. Talking about her personal life Sreeleela isnt married but in 2022 she adopted two disable kids.
