Mishkat Verma is all set to mesmerize audiences with his portrayal of Om Vajpayee in Ram Bhavan , the upcoming drama produced by Rahul Kumar Tewary and Rolling Tales Production . The show offers a gripping family saga with deep-rooted conflicts, and Mishkat 's character Om is at the center of it all.

Describing Om, Mishkat says, “In Ram Bhavan, I play Om Vajpayee, a carefree, fearless man who doesn’t interfere in anyone’s life unless provoked. He is bold and daring, but as long as no one messes with him, he won’t mess with them. However, if someone crosses him, he won’t hesitate to retaliate—regardless of their gender.”

Om’s struggle revolves around his family’s downfall and the internal tensions within his home. “His biggest challenge is dealing with his bhabhi, Gayatri, who is not a kind-hearted person. Om knows that she wants to take over Ram Bhavan and sell it, which he refuses to let happen. His only dream is to restore the lost glory of Ram Bhavan. He believes that if he starts working, he can turn things around for his family. His ultimate goal is to make his parents proud, see them happy again, and bring back the legacy of Ram Bhavan.”

To prepare for the role, Mishkat took inspiration from a Bollywood superstar. “Om is quite different from my personality. When I met Rahul sir, his brief to me was simple—he said he liked my acting but wanted me to imbibe some of Salman Khan ’s attitude and style into my character. Rahul sir is a huge fan of Salman Khan, and he wanted me to bring that essence into Om. I am not trying to mimic or copy anyone, but I am attempting to incorporate that energy into my performance. I hope the audience notices and appreciates that.”

While Mishkat remains hopeful for the show’s success, he keeps his expectations in check. “I have kept my expectations low because that’s just how I am. But I truly hope the audience shower love on the show. Om is a strong male lead , which is rare on Indian television. From the very first episode, his presence is impactful. I don’t want to be just a namesake male lead, and I believe Ram Bhavan offers a strong male perspective.”
