The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE), formerly known as TSCHE, has officially released the detailed schedules for several important entrance exams for 2025, including the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET/EAMCET), the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET), and the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET). For the TS EAMCET 2025, which is crucial for admissions into engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy programs, the application process will commence on February 25, 2025. Candidates can submit their applications without a late fee until April 4, 2025. The exam for the Agriculture and Pharmacy streams will be held on April 29 and 30, 2025, while the Engineering stream exam is scheduled for May 2 to May 5, 2025. The official notification for TS EAMCET will be published in newspapers on February 20, 2025. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) will be the administering body for this entrance test.
Meanwhile, the PGECET, which is the entrance exam for admission to postgraduate engineering and pharmacy courses like MTech, ME, MPharm, MPlg, MArch, and PharmD (PB), will be held from June 16 to June 19, 2025. The online application process for PGECET will begin on March 17, 2025, and the last date to submit applications without a late fee will be May 19, 2025. The official notification will be published in newspapers on March 12, 2025. Like the TS EAMCET, this exam will also be administered by JNTUH.
For those aspiring to pursue an MBA or MCA program, the ICET 2025 will be conducted on June 8 and June 9, 2025. The official notification for the exam will be released on March 6, 2025, with the registration window opening on March 10, 2025. Candidates must submit their applications by May 3, 2025, without a late fee. The application fee is ₹750 for general category candidates and ₹550 for candidates from the SC, ST, and differently-abled categories. The ICET will be administered by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda.
