1 cup of cashew
1 cup almonds
1 cup milk
2 cup milk powder
2 cups ground sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
50 grams desi ghee

To make cashew-almond rolls, first grind cashew nuts and make fine powder. Sieve the cashew powder with a sieve. Now keep it in a vessel.
Now add a cup of ground sugar to this powder. After this, mix a cup of milk powder and 4 teaspoons cardamom powder.
– Add 4 teaspoons of ghee to it and mix all well. Then add 4 cups of milk to this mixture and knead. Keep a soft mixture.
To prepare almond flour, take a cup of almonds and grind and make powder.
Now add one cup of milk powder, one cup powder sugar and 4 teaspoons cardamom powder.
Now add 2 teaspoons of ghee, add some color and mix well. After this, add 4 cups of milk to the mixture and knead it.
Now keep a butter paper and roll the almond mixture in a thin layer.
– Roll the cashew mixture in a thin layer. Now place the almond layer above the cashew layer. Both layers should be correct.
– Then keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes and cut it into slices depending on your choice. Cashew-almond roll is ready.
