With the January window now out of the way, has taken a look at what the dream scenario looks like for the Reds during the rest of February.
Another Wembley finalLet's get started with this week, with Liverpool looking to overturn a 1-0 deficit in the Carabao Cup semi-finals against Tottenham.
Now that the Reds have reached this stage, it would feel like a real waste if they were to exit the competition now - even if they could do with a few more spaces on the calendar. What's more, getting Slot through to his first final would feel like a major milestone in what could be a momentous season.
Liverpool will have to be much better than it was in the first leg, but with the Anfield crowd behind them, there's every reason to believe another trip to Wembley will be in the offing.
Salah contractIf Liverpool is going to win the title, then it will surely be goals that fires them there. The Egyptian is on course for a 30+ goals season, .
It's imperative then that a new contract is signed, and hopefully soon. There have been plenty of false alarms over the last couple of months, but the man himself has been insistent that he and the club still remain some way off an agreement.
With the transfer window out of the way, and less than six months to go now until his contract expires, hopefully Liverpool will step things up over the coming weeks, and give us the announcement we've all been craving.
Van Dijk and Trent boostsand are of course in the same boat as Salah. The general consensus though is that the pair are at opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to signing new deals.
Van Dijk has always seemed the most likely to stay, although it has gone noticeably quiet on his future recently. The Liverpool captain has previously made no secret of the progress being made without giving anything away, so hopefully we're about due for a positive update on a new contract.
As for Alexander-Arnold, chances are we'll have to keep waiting for a resolution, and the fear that he will be heading to Real Madrid will remain. Any hints of a move to the Bernabeu being in doubt will be greatly welcomed though, especially if it comes from Spain, considering reports over there have been rather brazen about Real's chances of signing the Liverpool vice-captain.
No more injuriesLiverpool is in a pretty good place on the injury front right now. In fact, had Alexander-Arnold not been forced off at Bournemouth, we may well have been looking at a clean bill of health right now.
, meaning Slot may well have that rarest of things heading into the business end of the season - a fully-fit squad.
We are, of course, very wary of jinxing things here, but if Liverpool can go the rest of this month without picking up any more injuries, they will be in an incredible position in the quest for a remarkable quadruple.
15-point leadWhile four trophies remain on offer, there's no doubt what the priority is for Liverpool. With a six-point lead over Arsenal at the moment, and a game in hand, the Premier League crown is a must.
And there will be an opportunity to extend that lead before the end of February. There is of course that short trek across Stanley Park to face Everton in that one outstanding fixture - a final win at Goodison Park would see the lead grow to nine points, with parity being restored with the rest of the league in terms of games played.
And, if things go to plan this week, there could be an opportunity to get even further ahead of Arsenal. If Liverpool reach the Carabao Cup final and the Gunners miss out, the Reds' fixture at Aston Villa - currently scheduled for March 16 - will be moved to February 19, presenting an opportunity to move 12 points clear.
Winning every game this month will be a tall order, especially with Manchester City and Newcastle to come before the end of the month, but if Liverpool can manage it, we could be looking at an unassailable lead. It would be wishful thinking to suggest Arsenal might drop points against Leicester or West Ham, but a trip to Nottingham Forest does present a potential slip-up, as the Reds know only too well.
If Nuno Espirito Santo's side can do Liverpool a favor, a 14 or 15-point lead might be possible. Surely then, the Premier League crown would be heading to Arsenal.
