B&M shoppers can pick up another sweet treat that's rarely seen on shop shelves in the UK thanks to its latest offer. Although the new addition pleased many, it did cause a little confusion.
On , that showed off exactly what Malteasers fans can expect from the new Honeycomb pack now on sale in B&M. They're being sold in stores in 140g packs and cost £2.99.
Chocolate lovers were quick to react at the sight of a new twist on the beloved classic chocolate, but some were more confused than excited. A few people wondered how the honeycomb flavour could be 'new' if Malteasers are already filled with it.

One asked: "But isn’t the inside of a Malteaser honeycomb?" Another had similar thoughts and said: "If it’s honey now, what was it before?" A third questioned the product, writing: "Am I being daft? The middle of a Maltester has ALWAYS been honeycomb hasn't it?"
A few people swiftly pointed out that, as the name implies, the light and crunchy bite-sized treats are malted milk-based. Once formed, the balls are coated in a layer of chocolate, meaning they aren't usually made from honeycomb.
