Hugh Bonneville's ex-wife Lucinda "Lulu" Williams is no longer a director of Spoondock Films, which channels some of the star's earnings.

Williams has resigned from the company and Bonneville now has a substantial ownership stake of at least 75 per cent in the company, which has been filed with Companies House.
