Passengers can create their account with the help of valid KYC documents like Aadhaar or PAN. The app also allows users to add money to their IRCTC wallet and reset their IRCTC account passwords.

Account creation process

Step 1- First install the IRCTC Rail Connect app.

Step 2- After installing the app, click on the New Registration option.

Step 3- Fill in the requested details and click Next.

Step 4- Fill in the password and username here, which will be used to log in further.

Step 5- Fill in your district and state information.

Step 6- Do OTP verification.

Step 7- The account has been created. You will get confirmation details through a message.

Now click on Register here.

Fill in all your necessary details here.

After filling in the details, click on Terms and Conditions.

Verification will be done through OTP.
